GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

Cata Designs ships orders from Scottsdale.

Each Piece varies in weight and size therefore, shipping costs will vary.

STANDARD SERVICE

Following payment authorization, your order will ship within 3-4 business days.

Standard shipping length is 4 to 8 business days (not including weekends or holidays).

Orders will ship via USPS or UPS.

RETURNS

To qualify for refund of merchandise purchased online, items must be in original condition. Merchandise must also have been bought at regular full price, unused, and undamaged. Items that have been purchased with a discount code do not qualify for refunds or exchanges. For returns received within 30 days of delivery, I’ll credit your original form of payment.
